“Sharp throttle response and more torque throughout the rev range”
Installed the racing intake from 2G Engineering on my 950 SP and been sampling most of the weekend – impressed 👍 Sharp throttle response and a noticeable increase in torque throughout the rev range. Already have a Deussen tune from Deussen Engines and the Sprint P08 filter with SC cans. […] Totally recommend for a performance upgrade bolt-on. Gioele at 2G seems a straight up guy, friendly and knowledgeable and doesn't charge the earth. Had mine in 4 days from Italy to the UK with UPS.
“The bike should leave the factory like this”
Positive feedback for 2G Engineering and Gioele Goldoni: the part is developed and optimised as a real improvement over the meagre original airbox cover.
– Fuel consumption: a noticeable improvement with the same riding, since the engine pulls harder.
– The flat spot from about 3000 to 5500 rpm at full load is greatly improved.
– Engine sound and top-end pull are definitely better.
– The jerky throttle response when opening and closing is almost gone; the transition at small throttle openings is much smoother.
– Installation couldn't be easier, with no changes to the airbox or the engine ECU (obviously the lambda sensors must stay connected).
Basically the bike should leave the factory like this, so the kit is highly recommended!
“If you're on the fence, this intake is legit”
My bike already had a Deussen Engines tune […]. Made the bike run a lot smoother. This intake made an INSANE difference in how smooth the Hyper is down low. Zero chugging, smoothest it's ever ran. Install video coming soon. If you're on the fence, I'm telling you this intake is legit.

I've just installed your intake kit on my 2013 821 and just wanted to thank you 😀 The bike pulls really hard, the low-end throttle pickup is miles better and the feeling on any throttle opening is greatly improved. Also sounds like the idle is more clean. Amazing product, thank you so much!
“Literally blown away by how much the bike has changed”
First impressions of the performance air filter by 2G Engineering. Literally blown away by how much the bike has changed, especially at low RPM: the on/off throttle effect is gone, much smoother at low RPM, smooth and linear acceleration through the rev range with no torque dips. Other qualities definitely worth mentioning are the build quality and ease of installation. NB: tested on an otherwise stock bike, fitted only with an aftermarket exhaust.

“Smoother down low, angrier up top”
Weekend over, I did another 300 km and Gioele Goldoni's airbox is brilliant: riding two-up there's much more comfort at low revs, and when I want to have fun on my own the bike lifts in first at 3000 and 5000 rpm, and in second at 3000 and 6000 rpm too. The bike is smoother down low, it knocks less, revs up faster and is angrier up top. With the full exhaust and the Ducati Termignoni map it pops on gear changes, not all the time. In short, I recommend it: two-up you can cruise comfortably at 2500–3000 rpm.
