1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within [24-48] working hours upon receipt of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
- During high order volumes (e.g., Black Friday or holidays), processing may be slightly delayed. We will notify you via email of any significant changes.
2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
We work with the best express couriers ([Example: GLS, BRT, DHL]) to offer you a reliable service.

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the couriers and start from the moment the package leaves our warehouse.
3. Shipment Tracking
As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email containing the Tracking code (Tracking Link). You can track the status of your package directly on the courier's website or in your personal area on 2G Engineering.
4. Delivery Methods
Deliveries take place Monday through Friday during normal office hours.
- It is recommended that you provide an address where someone will always be present to collect the package.
- If the courier cannot find anyone, they will make a second attempt or leave a note with instructions for collection at the nearest collection point.
5. Damaged Package Management
Your satisfaction is our priority. If the packaging appears visibly damaged or tampered with upon delivery:
- Accept with reservation: Sign the courier's document, writing "I accept with reservation of inspection" and specify the reason (e.g., package crushed, wet, etc.).
- Contact us: Send us a report within 24 hours at [Your Support Email] attaching photos of the package and the damaged product.
6. Geographic Restrictions
We currently ship to [all of Italy / Europe]. We do not ship to unauthorized PO boxes or PO boxes.
