It is not approved for road use: use on public roads is not permitted.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Throttle response and mid-range torque on the Streetfighter V2 890: where the limit comes from<\/h2>\n<p>The new Streetfighter V2's 890 cc V2 twin needs to breathe, but the stock airbox has a very small air inlet. The result is a less smooth throttle response at low rpm and lower torque right where you use it most, on corner exit: on the dyno the difference shows between 4,500 and 6,000 rpm.<\/p>\n<h2>More air, protected filter<\/h2>\n<p>Letting more air in shouldn't mean exposing the filter to water, dust and debris. It works with the filter you already have: the filter housing has the same dimensions as the original, so the stock filter and any OEM-size performance filter will fit.
