Every 2G Engineering kit is checked and packed by hand in Soliera (Modena). Here is how we ship, what it costs and how to return a product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Orders are usually prepared and handed to the courier within 1\u20132 working days of payment confirmation. Orders received at weekends or on public holidays are prepared on the next working day. At busy times this may take longer: if so, we will let you know by email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All costs are shown in the cart and at checkout before you place the order. For shipments outside the European Union any duties and import taxes are paid by the recipient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once the parcel is with the courier, delivery usually takes 1\u20132 working days in Italy, 2\u20135 working days in the European Union and variable times elsewhere. These are courier estimates. In any case delivery takes place within 30 days of the order, as set out in our Terms and Conditions<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When the parcel leaves you receive an email with the tracking code so you can follow it on the courier\u2019s website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Deliveries take place on working days. Please give an address where someone is present; if the courier finds nobody, they leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If the packaging looks damaged or tampered with on delivery, we recommend accepting the parcel with reservation by writing \u201caccepted subject to inspection\u201d and the reason on the courier\u2019s document, and sending us photos of the parcel and product as soon as possible. This helps us handle the claim with the courier; it does not limit your guarantee rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you are a consumer you can return the product without giving any reason within 15 days of delivery<\/strong> (the statutory period is 14 days: we extend it).
